The gal behind Happy Fits. Those who know me know this passion project of mine has been in the works for quite some time. I love to dabble in just about any and everything and have come to find that my passion undoubtedly lies within the world of creativity, mental health awareness, and human connection. My extensive list of careers (most recently becoming a RN) and one big move led me to the development of Happy Fits: a mental-health wellness & lifestyle brand. Mental health merch with meaning is SUPER important to me. It's easy to throw positive words on things which is why each HF item is carefully crafted and curated with impactful meaning behind it. As a former East Coaster, moving away from the hustle and bustle (and lots of traffic) to Colorado was the best thing for me. Colorado allows the space I craved my entire life to process, heal, and continue onward. Losing my only sibling at an extremely young age made for a life full of challenges. It has taken me years to tap into processing and healing this trauma and my only hope is to be able to start conversations and be there for those who may need it most, as I craved (and still do crave) relatability while growing up.
